There’s no better way to convince others of the value of working with you, than to hear it directly from your customers. And one of the best ways of doing this is with a video testimonial.
To bring the story to life, we sat down with their sales and marketing teams to get the full picture. From this, we developed a powerful script and creative storyboard. We then filmed, edited, and produced a 90 second video, along with a series of short social media ‘snippets’.
The outcome? An engaging, impactful video and promotional campaign that has inspired others to want to work with our client!
Our client, a leading Norwegian bank, wanted to transform their proposition for young persons. They wanted this to be market leading for the account holder and their parents or guardians.
Our team of consultants and proposition experts helped them do exactly that. Through our proven co-creation and research programme, we defined the core proposition and standout features. We then tested these with target consumers before developing a full demo app, web pages, and launch comms plan.

Our client, a global payments brand, wanted to ensure greater consistency in the way change was managed across the business.
They came to ChilliMint for our help in developing a change framework; one that avoided unnecessary bureaucracy and gave them clear line of sight of what’s coming down the line. A framework that matched their growth ambition and philosophy.
A 6-month project, that involved groups at every level of the organisation – from product managers and sales teams through to C-suite executives. We held workshops and co-creation sessions all designed to understand how they did things today and what they wanted.
From this we developed a new change management framework, which we refined through a series of challenger sessions. With the framework designed and tested, we then supported the sell-in to key stakeholders, with training materials, communication plans, collateral, and a new intranet site.
The result? A happy client, now enjoying the benefits of controlled, transparent, and joined up change across their business.
Our client knew their sales force, product experts and marketing folk were all talking differently about their digital strategy. This was causing issues and confusion during the sales process.

From there we got into action. We developed a full suite of sales and marketing collateral, campaign assets, and videos, that supported the entire product sales lifecycle. Each item was designed to be eye catching, thought provoking, and inspirational.
