A 6-month project, that involved groups at every level of the organisation – from product managers and sales teams through to C-suite executives. We held workshops and co-creation sessions all designed to understand how they did things today and what they wanted.
From this we developed a new change management framework, which we refined through a series of challenger sessions. With the framework designed and tested, we then supported the sell-in to key stakeholders, with training materials, communication plans, collateral, and a new intranet site.
