Recent successful projects

BID management and proposal development; a client recently requested our support in putting together a BID team to respond to a RFP process. Leveraging ChilliMint Associates, we were able to mobilise our team and successfully respond very quickly.

ChilliMint was contracted to provide our knowledge and expertise of payments and cards, to create the UK’s national mobile payments scheme. Once engaged, we completed the overall business architecture for the project, identifying and harmonising the propositional and technical requirements. We also led the contractual and governance work streams with the participants and suppliers, ensuring a successful implementation of the contractual formalities prior to launch.

The UK’s payments infrastructure is under significant scrutiny from both regulators and PSPs, who want better access and improvements to match changing customer behaviours. For over a year, we have been providing significant input into the industry’s analysis of future environment needs, working with a wide range of PSPs and customer groups throughout the UK. This has contributed to the creation of a robust set of requirements and capabilities, setting out the vision for payments in the UK.
