A leading Central European bank was planning to launch a new and very innovative product range. With three months to go before launch, they needed to create a compelling customer proposition and marketing campaign for both personal and small business users. Working at pace alongside their marketing and product development teams, we created a series of exciting launch propositions, testing and refining these in consumer research. From these, we developed an engaging multi-channel marketing communications plan and the supporting benefit messages to be used in all product collateral and sales scripts. The result was an aligned launch strategy that ensured the bank over-achieved against its initial objectives.
A market-leading Scandinavian bank believed many of their small business customers were getting a sub-standard service because they were using personal banking facilities. Working closely with the client, we developed a clear definition of typical business banking behaviour to identify the size and scale of the problem.
